You can rent out three indoor spaces at Top of the Market. The Loft is a room with exposed brick and wooden rafters. It’s a little bit urban and rustic and delivers a lot of elegance! The Warehouse is a larger space with polished wooden floors and high ceilings that feature dangling lights. At Top of the Market, you can host up to 350 guests. The fantastic chefs at the location will provide your catering and drinks.
Reverie Dayton
Reverie is a beautiful chapel attached to Southbrook Church. The venue offers an airy indoor ceremony space and a paved courtyard for outdoor services. The Atrium has windows that let in plenty of natural light for your cocktail hour. Reverie Hall offers a refined space for your reception. The venue allows you to bring in all of your vendors and allows you to either use a Southbrook pastor or pick your own officiant for your ceremony. You can bring a licensed bartender to serve wine, beer, and spritzers. The venue will hold up to 300 guests for your event.
The Lift
The Lift is the perfect venue for a couple who wants a space they can make their own! Over 120 years ago, the building served as a factory before falling into disrepair. Seth and Ashley Doliboa saved the neglected building and devised a vision for transforming it into a luxurious event space. The Lift offers 20,000 square feet of premium space for your wedding and can accommodate up to 260 guests. The first floor features a ceremony and cocktail hour space. At the same time, the upstairs has a gorgeous reception space with high ceilings and huge windows. The Lift has white-painted brick and black accents and will suit various wedding styles. They offer exclusive catering through Rich Taste.
Dayton Art Institute
Dayton Art Institute is a space for art lovers everywhere. This elegant venue has five wedding locations, including a quaint outdoor courtyard with a fountain. Throughout the museum, you can find unique architecture and modern influences. The Shaw Gothic Cloister is one of Dayton’s most breathtaking spaces with skylight windows. This hexagon-shaped area has iron accents and wide arches to give your wedding a sophisticated feel. Through the venue, you can host events for up to 600 guests. The venue offers a list of preferred vendors to make planning your day a breeze!
The Dayton Arcade
The Dayton Arcade is a truly remarkable space unlike any other. The building was built between 1902-1904 and featured five buildings joined by a rotunda. Here, you can have a ceremony illuminated by the natural light that streams through the skylights. The space is airy and open, with arches offering views into the surrounding buildings. You can also have your wedding in one of the Arcade’s art galleries. The Dayton Arcade offers ample space for up to 700 guests and provides full-event catering for your celebration.
Cedar Springs Pavilion
Created to be a conservation space, the Cedar Springs Pavilion cares for endangered species, including the monarch butterfly. The 17 acres feature an open-air pavilion where you can host your event while taking in the lush surrounding space. This building was constructed in the old-world Italian style and is surrounded by native gardens and premium landscaping. Cedar Springs Pavilion has a lakeside area where you can host an outdoor ceremony. The venue has all-inclusive catering and offers an event coordinator to make planning your big day more manageable.
